What Is a Root Canal Treatment?
Inside every tooth, there is a soft part called the pulp. It has nerves and blood vessels. When a deep cavity, crack, or injury lets germs reach this pulp, it gets infected and starts to hurt.
In a root canal treatment, the dentist gently removes the infected pulp, cleans the inside of the tooth, and fills it. Then the tooth is covered with a crown to make it strong again.
In simple words: we clean the tooth from inside and save it, so you don’t have to remove it.
Signs You May Need a Root Canal
